You can automatically remove the tax for all future orders from the specified customers and user roles. Your customer will not have to do anything to claim tax exemptions on any order.
Manual Tax Exemption ?C Checkbox
Instead of automatically removing the VAT tax for specified customers, you can display a checkbox on the checkout page to let customers manually remove tax during checkout. It is a nice feature as sometimes not all orders from a specific customer are eligible for tax exemption. Your customer can click on the checkbox to claim tax exemption for the current order.
