Posting publicly to Facebook

If you wish to publish content publicly on Facebook, you will need to submit your Facebook app for review.
FACEBOOK APP PERMISSIONS NEEDED for posting to Facebook:
if you want to publish to Facebook pages: publish_video, Live Video Feature, publish_pages, manage_pages if you want to publish to Facebook groups: publish_video, Live Video Feature, publish_to_groups, groups_access_member_info, Groups API

FFMPEG installed on server
PHP 5.4 or higher
allow_url_fopen enabled
allow_url_include enabled
php CURL extension (install to Debian/Ubuntu etc with apt-get install php5-curl )
